Default ketosis question stage 2 . please answer ta

hello

i get this diet i do ,, im on my 2nd week,
all i need to know is

when moving on to stage 2 3 and4 are you still meant to be in ketosis ???????

are you always from now on meant to be in ketosis ?????

I seem to remember in DANDR Dr Atkins said that most people fall out of ketosis by the time they reach around 50 net carbs. I think we all vary as to our own level of carbs we can eat and stay in ketosis.
