Hi Monica,

Yes, whey protein is available here. Plain, unflavoured whey protein is available from most if not all health food shops, and several brands of the flavoured are available in supermarkets.

I currently use a chocolate flavoured brand called Musashi. It has 148 cals, 31.3g protein and 1.4 carbs per 40g serve.

And don't forget to buy yourself plenty of Splenda tablets (in every supermarket) while you are here. They crush easily for use in baking, and have only 0.075 carbs per tablet.

Cheers,

Rosebud
