Sorry you couldn't make it this week. It was great, got to introduce ourselves, and lots of terrific lowcarb ideas were shared, in between the jokes and laughing!

Thursday seemed to work okay the participants agreed, so we'll do it again next week, same time, same station. Hope to see you Thursday December 7, at 9 pm for us folks in Ontariariari-o. You're in ONT, right?? Don't mean to exclude or peripheralize anybody else in any other region, it's just that my brain isn't so swift about calculating time zones!! I think that's 6 pm Pacific, 10 pm Atlantic, and something else for in between, and 30 minutes later in Newfoundland&Labrador.

I'll post it on the Forum Calendar too.

Can you screen save the message and email it to me (the image)? I don't have a Mac to test with, and was told you can set an option button for text chat, voice doesn't work for Macs, but we don't really use the voice chat (except for goofing)
