Hi, everybody! I'm trying out this new place, too - it's good to see some familiar people from over on LCF!

hi all,

Not new here; joined a few years ago and gladl that we have a comfy place to continue valued friendships!

I posted in a few threads here, but then it got slow so went back to LCF where I first started
my low carb journey back in 2001!. Good to be back and thanks for the warm welcome!

Nice to see some familiar faces/names here. I've been too busy to post at LCF or here at ALC for the last year or so. Was deep into helping Jen Eloff with her cookbook ventures. Then last year we were rural property shopping and bought a piece with a cabin. Been busy driving down to get that all fixed up. Hope to find more time to do some cooking now. This is a lively forum and I'm sure all you migrating LCF'ers will just add to that supportive atmosphere.

Due to the impending shutdown of Low Carb Friends forums/support boards, I think there could be an influx of LCF members here! Hope we'll all be welcomed!

Glad to have another place to land. Don't know what I'd do otherwise!

Me too......I was initially inspired by dr eades!

Back again too.

Tried everything else again, and found myself with type 2 diabetes now. Only way to get blood sugar down is keto, lchf.

So here I am again....13 years later.
