Default Low carb meals to freeze for the week?

Hi,
I have just bought a new freezer and want to take advantage of it by getting into bulk meal prep so that I can cook up breakfasts and dinners for myself (low carb) and my hubby (higher carb) that way we will both be able to pick what we want, when we want and just reheat it in the oven (I don't microwave).
Can anyone suggest a good site where I can get ideas from?

I like Linda's Low Carb recipes. I often make one of the casserole type dishes on her site and freeze portions for later meals. A few minutes in the microwave and dinner is ready.

we like to keep frozen soup in individual portions on hand- chicken and vegetables is ALWAYS in stock, but we also like new england clam chowder, bisques, etc.....

salmon burgers!

quiches reheat very well- i like them in muffin tin, which will make just grabbing a couple for you, easier, as opposed to whole quiche

also- i second the vote for Linda's site above-great recipes, and of course, check out the forums HERE on this board. it's very impressive.

There are frozen food containers that mimic the shape and different sized containers of the mass-produced frozen foods. But these we can fill with a main course and vegetables. This is what I did for my husband when he was getting adjusted to this new way of eating.

Make It Ahead Paleo is $1.99 for Kindle today only, in a Paleo book event. It has a large section of freezer meals, other freezing tips by foods, and freezer Inventory lists, which might be handy for a big deep freezer, and other ways to "make ahead", including a one day cook for a whole week plan.
