Default Wrapped in bacon?

I've tried a few recipes where something (hot dogs, jalapenos, meat balls) had cheese in the middle, wrapped in bacon, and then baked.

My problem is that in order to get the bacon crisp, the other food gets overcooked and the cheese melts out.

Is there a method I can use? Pre-cook the bacon? Or cook at a lower temp?

Advice please! Bacon creations are important

Hiya, Kat!

IMHO, I'd say pre cook the bacon where it's still limp and bend-y...then you could wrap it around anything.

Let us know if that worked!

I've read that the mozzarella sticks should be frozen first, then fried, not baked. The others..?? But when I was looking for this recipe, there were dozens of sites devoted to Bacon Love
