Angry Arrrrggghhh!!

I'm going to scream. I went on this diet (PP) about five weeks ago, have been losing weight and all but I have a fiendish problem that's really bugging me. My husband has been VERY LOOSELY following the diet (very loosely, I don't even think he's getting enough protein) and he's lost more weight than I have. WHAT THE HECK IS WRONG HERE? Any thoughts anyone?

Angry it's irritating isn't it!

I think it's just easier for men to lose weight. We carry around more water, and we have those "birthing hips" to deal with. Also, I think we have a higher percentage of body fat than men. But, I am sure someone else may have a more scientific answer for that. Oh, and don't forget about our "time of the month" when we bloat out twice the size we normally are because of those blasted hormones

My husband has a steady diet of candy, pop, and macaroni and cheese (no lie)! He never gains a pound, and it makes me so mad! Not to mention he keeps tempting me to eat things I shouldn't.

It's funny, because most men like women that are stick thin. It's almost like they want us to look like other men. We are simply not "made" that way!

OK....I'm done venting

Angry very irritating

Yes, it certainly is irritating, so irritating as a matter of fact that I secretly wish him to gain it all back and and tell myself that it's all water that he's lost. WAAHAHAHAHA

I'd like to know what the protein power guru's answer to this question is. Seems to me that there might be a teensy flaw in their reasoning.

Don't mind me, I'm just mad because I can't eat pie.
