At least I know its not just me that gave into the gravey and pudding at christmas dinner. Am am back to LC now .. and it feels much better. Was nice to have a break for day ,and as I see it so long as the breaks are not close together , one day off every now and again (once a month for example) cannot hurt ....

Could be Deep Dish Pizza Quiche. It looks like a lot of work but it makes a lot so you have food for a good while plus it tastes awesome! The 'crust' can be used in place of noodles in lasagna, too

Nah it's not pizza quiche. I'm not a big egg eater so that is totally out of the question for me.

Pad: I used atkins white bread mix and followed the recipe on the back of the box. Except instead of letting it rise 2x I only did it once then seperated the dough into 12 equal balls, let them rest for about 20mins. Rolled them out thin (i think they're like 9-10" crusts) and then put them in the oven 1 at a time and baked for about 2-3 mins. I stuck all mine in the freezer so they'd keep longer.

When I want one I just take it out of the freezer in the morning and let it defrost. Add about 2-3 tbsp of tomato sauce, mozzarella, and my fav toppings (usually onions & sausage). I also top it off in my fav pizza spices like oregano, alil red pepper flakes, olive oil, and lots of chopped garlic. Then pop it in the oven till everything is melted.
