They want you to try and keep the induction period clean as you can. Eating as many whole foods as possible. The shakes and bars are allowed...but try not to eat them all the time. They are for if you can't get a healthy meal in. Better a shake or a bar than breaded fried chicken from the colonel right?

there is a lot of lc junk food out there.... i say stay away from it till you lose what ya want...... then try em. keep it clean, no lc junk food has worked for me.
