Blt pizza

I love blt pizza so I came up with this low carb recipe, I got the crust idea from member but I can't find it now to give her name.

1/2 cup ground pork rinds

1/2 cup parmesan cheese

1 tsp garlic powder

pinch of italian seasoning

preheat oven to 350

grease 8x8 pan...I sprayed mine.

in bowl mix ingredents and spread evening in pan.

bake for 15 min or until golden brown

spread 1/2 cup of mozzalla cheese and put back in oven till melted

let cool for a couple min

spread a thick layer of mayo on top

top with crumbled bacon, shredded lettuce and chopped tomatoes
