Default 2-3 squares of dark chocolate...

That's three authors who've recommended squares of dark chocolate; Dr. Fung, Dr. Bredesen, and now Dr. Perlmutter.

They say squares of dark chocolate, so I assume they mean a chocolate bar. Dr. Fung specifies (I think it was) 77 percent cacao.

Do you think they mean the chocolate bar, with sucrose / sugar inside?
