Been out of town at a music conference for the last week. No scales, on the go 18+ hours everyday, AND a crazy mixed-up eating schedule...as in eating supper at 2AM a couple of times and a lot of snacking-on-the-go instead of sitting down to eat mindfully. Mostly I think I stayed on plan but I did eat some off plan stuff a couple of times... including gorging on chocolate chip cookies at 1AM one morning. Discovered that sleep deprivation tends to mess with one's will power no matter how much fun one is having. Paid the price with a 3 or 4 lb weight gain over the course of the week. But, I'm back home again now and back on track.

At this point, my goal is to end the month of February without showing a net gain. That gives me one week to lose the weight I gained over a week.
