Unhappy Emotional Eating!!!!

Ok. I caved. A 2 kilo box of sorbe while watching Agatha Christi's " Poirot".. And what's so bad is, its after a week of carb creep. So now, gained back 5 in 5 days. One thing about this LC dieting it is very unforgiving if you fall into a carb binge!

I know isn't it unforgiving? But its sooo much better than starving and feeling like crap!!

Time to pick yourself up dust yourself off and begin again.
Next time eat a nice cut of meat!!

Well, back to LC.
Enough weight gain.
I keep messing myself up by giving in to cravings
and then NOT returning to LC.
Sometimes you just get so TIRED
of eating LC.

I notice how thin people eat.
I watch what THEY eat.
They eat very little actually.

welcome back. ... yes it gets hard, I loose all motivation after a while. This time I was very good and hung on for 3 whole months. Now, since my motivation has passed, (D.S. and D.I.L came for holiday in August ) I slacked off a bit and am just cruising. I'm trying to make a new plan in my head for another blast before Xmas... Monday 3rd October seems a good date to start... have one more birthday dinner this month, then nothing to trip me up.. and enough time to fill my face with whatever I think I'm missing... good luck to us all.
