Default Low carb flu, help with legs

Im five days in

Feeling a bit groggy which i can survive but the tired weak legs is an issue as they were not good to start with.

What can i do ?

A lot of people find adding salt helps with fatigue. I like Himalayan pink salt myself.

Salt salt salt.

Salt regulates the levels of the other electrolytes. You lose salt as the water and fat are leaving your fat cells. Down goes the salt level, down goes the potassium level, and your legs feel like rubber.
