Smile 30 lbs LOST in 5 months! M&E

I am very happy to share with you this success, which counts a lot for me!
After my pregnancy, I was 164.2 lbs (january 2011), 1 month with M&E then regular eating between february and summertime, again M&E since end august 2011, now I am 135.1 lbs!!
Still going on with this WOE, just adding 1 free regular meal with carbs on weekends only. My blood analysis are perfect, I feel great, reshaped

You can see progress in my profile (MY PLAN). Thank to this forum and MY PLAN tool for the useful tips which led me to such an important goal.

Good to hear, because I'm just starting meat and eggs today... I want to get past my stall. Congrats!

It's really simple. Our meals are any type of meat, chicken, beef, pork etc. prepared your favorite way without carby breadings etc. Eggs any way you like them. Fried, boiled, poached, deviled, etc. Eat when you're hungry and stop when you're full (not stuffed). I don't do well with processed lunch meat, or hotdogs, because they're full of preservatives. There's a link in the challenges section of the forum that explains in more detail. Best of luck to you.
