Default How did fellow SAD suffers fare this year...?

I have to say I had one of the best winters in my history.

I absolutely relgious about using my light this year; made sure to maintain my Vitamin D dosage; and ate fish at least 4 times a week. I"m not sure which one of these helped me the most, but together they did a great job!

Hope everyone has come thru really well and is enjoying the Spring!

Default light box

I have the SunBox Sun Ray II. When I got it they had the wood grain version, so that's what I have. I've yet to have to change a bulb in it.

The bulb should be changed every 2-3 years...it does weaken.

I have a sunbox also. Mine's the junior.

thanks I didn't know that, but since I wasn't using it regularly like I should have been until last year, not sure how that counts.
