MOMD day 2 had coffee before work, meat and cheese for lunch, and shell less tacos, with my own seasoning for dinner with guacamole and sour cream.
I have one more day of work, then one day off for the holiday and then check in at 8am Tuesday for the surgery, I may get to go home the same day, or to my son and daughter in laws house but my dr says depending on how it goes I may have to stay in the hospital.

today was trash day, I should have gotten help because I felt it but I seem to be ok now. I need to think before I do stuff.
hat I frittata for breakfast but going to a custody hearing to support my younger brother today so I may have to eat out. I am pretty good at ordering though so hopefully I will stay on track.

still recovering, feels pinchy where my ovaries were, and still a little crampy overall.
Friday I had eggs, sausage and bacon out, and the inside of a reubin,
yesterday I had 2 frittatas, 7 carbs, and corned beef for lunch, then strips of steak with sour cream for supper.

I got a 2nd puppy yesterday, another lab mix.
stayed on track, but today so far nothing sounds good.
since its 2pm I think I'll have a bunless cheeseburger.

MOMD day 8
So far today I had some Havarti cheese and I have made pulled pork with G Hughes SF barbeque sauce, and had some with DD who made some SF coleslaw to go with. Pretty good and I have some leftover for later.
I see the dr tomorrow for a follow up, and notes for work, we shall see if they have me back yet on light duty or not.
I will start low carbing when I leave the shopping centre where I will have my usual carb meal that I know and love. When I leave drive away, I'm now carbing.
