Default Hi all.

Hi all, Im currently in ketosis from a VLCD which was just shakes and no fun. So I am moving on to a low carb/Atkins diet. I'm 50 years old and my starting weight 2 weeks ago was 270 pounds and am currently at 257. Looking forward to losing more with you all.
