We do 20 miles a week
Here are the rules:
1) You must clock 20 miles a week either running, walking or hiking.
2) You can spread it across the week however you like. Examples: 4 miles 5 days per week, 5 miles 4 days per week.
3) You can do it on the treadmill, walking your dog or walking to work. It doesn't matter how - just do it.
