Default More powerfull the atkins Womens World Mag.

Anyone read this. At work last night had sometime to kill at lunch and read this. To me it is almost like a reverse Cad. Breakfast is proten, fruit grain and chocolet. and lunch/dinner is proten and salad. they also promote the book "the breakfast cure" but doing a search on the web cant find nothing about it. If anyone else has anymore info would love to read it. Dont you just love all the knock offs from one diet

JMO, here! It seems apparent that Women's World magazine does not investigate the miracle diets they tout. After all, they pushed the Kimkins starvation diet, to the detriment of many women all over the world who followed it. I wouldn't pay any attention or give a serious thought to believing anything that magazine published. In fact, I prefer not to waste my money on that mag.

My husband is jealous of this forum! I agree with the others here. People that write those things were probably doing the horoscope section last week!

They know people are desperate to lose weight fast - they obviously don't care about your health, just your money.

Have you ever noticed they have a dessert recipe to try when their diet fails. That way we will be ready for their next magazine. I haven't bought one since I changed my eating.
