Default Belly Fat Cure

has anybody heard of this or tried it, it is based of a sugar to carb ratio of 15/6. Each day your goal is no more than 15 grams of sugar and 6 servings of carbs (one serving of carbs is anything that has 5-20 grams of carbs). So your total max intake of carbs per day would be 120 grams and 15 max sugar grams.

I am down 3 pounds in one week with this diet formula. I really like this way of eating, I can have some carbs and still loose weight. I started buying food products that state sugar free,,,like peanut butter and jelly,,and cookies. Aunt Millies whole wheat bread is only 18 carbs per serving (2 slices) and only 1 sugar gram. Sugar is hidden everywhere,,,now I read labels and can put back on the shelf food product with to many sugar grams.

And of course when indulging my sweet tooth with my sugar free cookies you do have to STICK TO THE SERVING,,,there are still carbs,,just no sugar

Watch out for those artificial sweeteners during the weight loss phase - they can bring you to a screeching halt.

How many calories do you average per day? Just curious.

I am careful with the artifical sweetners And I am not sure how many calories a day I am taking in, I know it has to be lower than when I am not watching what I am eating.

Is this the same as the Flat Belly Diet in Prevention magazine? The one where you eat a MUFA at every meal, or 1 of 6 foods: chocolate, olive oil, olives, almonds/nuts, or avacado? I LOVE all of those foods, and try to incorporate them into Atkins. I eat the nuts and chocolate sparingly.

If this IS the diet, anyone had success?
