Default Sugar Buster bread question

My boyfriend just started Sugar Busters. He's doing well but I'm not sure what to tell him about bread. What kind of bread can he have and how many slices should he have a day?

I am not really to familiar with the sugar buster diet but I did read the label on the back of wonderbread wholewheat bread and there is only 1 gram of sugar for a serving of 2 pieces, so far this is the least amount of sugar I have found in a bread,,,GL
