Default Ra Ra Ra we can do it 145!!!

Hi there

I am posting all over this website...I am looking for a buddy to take the journey with me. I would love to weigh 145...I think it's totally realistic and doable...hey if we go lower I am not complaining. I gained most of my weight while I was pregnant and the few months following the birth of my son. He is now 16 months so I am very busy keeping up with him. I am totally commited to going low carb and exercising. I am a great emailer. So if there's anyone willing to go the distance with me...let's do it.

Bethany

Hey Thanks Adele

7lbs is still AWESOME! It's all about being focused! I keep telling myself no food is worth making me feel miserable about myself. When do you want to reach your goal weight? I am thinking I want to loose 15lbs by May 31st I don't know if that's realistic or not. What do you think?

Sutsee,
I'm sure u will lose more than 15 lbs. by 5/31. I am going to Florida 5/3. I had originally set my goal for 140 by then. Don't think it's going to happen. At my rate I'll probably be around 165. But at least I'm not gaining. I started a journal this week. It's under "JOURNALS A" ..."Adele's Log". It gives me the chance to record what I'm eating and have the "pro's" evaluate it for me. These gals/guys are really great...Alot of support is given. I need that !! A suggestion, edit your profile and put the date you started Atkins. I find it makes it alot easier 4 people to see what stage u r at.......Have a great weekend ! WATER !!!!!!!!!!!!!

Bye 4 now........Adele

Default Things are Good

Adele

Hey there. I am doing pretty well. I have lost another 2 lbs. I know the diet is playing a part, but I think it the exercise too. I have really begun to enjoy it. I just ordered some low carb foods, "pasta", baking mix, and some low carb bars. I think that a little more to choose from will be good. Yesterday I made the "Chili" recipe that's in the atkins book...two thumbs up. It was great, I had sour cream and green onions on the top. I mean it was really good! Try it! The water thing has been hard have to force myself to do it. I am going to put a little lemon in my bottle to see if that makes it more appealing.

Enough about me how are you doing? What do you do for exercise? Hey just think how happy you'll be to will be smaller than you were a month ago. Yeah for you! Keep it up.

Bethany

Smile I'd like to join you in your journal

Hi Bethany,
I'd love to join you in your journal ... thank you for the offer!

I'll be right over there....

As for the picture thingie...
In your profile, go down to "oh I forget what they call them" but it's the spot where you can put a little picture in... it starts with an "A"....
Instead of using their picture... I uploaded one of mine.. the hardest part is getting the right size... if you have a picture in your system, make note of the entire name of it ... C:\WINDOWS\BETHANY\MYPICTURE... etc... you get the idea...
then browse to tell the profile where to look in your computer... and accept it...

If you need anymore help with it ... I think there's a thread in the TIPS AND TECHNIQUES in the TECHNICAL SECTION.... that's where I found out the step by step

Hope I was of "some" help ... but I think I'm getting a bit of a cold, and my brain has been the first to go....

Sally... see ya in your journal...
