Raw Asparagus w/Balsamic Vinegar
Select Asparagus that are green and about the same thickness as your index finger.
Using your index fingers, bend each spear gently into an arch, bringing the ends together. The spear will break at the point where the hard stem ends. Toss the stem away.
*Lightly* wash the spears as to only remove any clumps of soil or dead bugs.
Place the spears in a tall glass and fill with actual balsamic vinegar. Different brands / quality of vinegar will play a part here.
Let the spears soak for about 20 minutes then drain and eat.
Even my fussy vegetable-hating kids love asparagus this way
