My loose skin was a real concern for me during the weight loss process. After I'd lost more than half the weight the skin drooped noticeably everywhere (belly, butt, thighs, chest, and arms). This actually improved the closer I got to goal weight. The skin did slowly tighten up. Lifting weights filled in some. But simply having less fat in the skin did more for reducing the sag than anything else. I did some dry brushing, but I was never very consistent with it. After a year of maintenance level eating (more or less) my body has continued to undergo small changes. I have put on some weight, but a lot of it is muscle. Some fat has returned and appears to have shown up where it is needed. My deflated butt has filled back in some and I don't feel like I'm sloshing around on loose skin and bones when I sit. My waist size is a little larger, but it really hasn't changed much. I guess my point here is that the loose skin situation is an evolving one. For me it was at its worse after 3/4 of the weight loss. Then it slowly started getting better and continues to do so. I still have loose skin and perhaps I always will. What I have I can live with. If it continues to get better over time, that would be great, too. In any case, I'll take the loose skin over the excess weight any day.

Thanks for the info, your story is encouraging. I have come to the same conclusion regarding the excess skin. I'm sure my wife will be consistent with my beatings LOL. (Honestly, I'm joking by calling it a beating, they are gentle whacks like light slaps, it just makes it funnier to call them beatings).

I'll do what I can to minimize the effect and let everyone know how it turns out in the end.

Jey, I thank all the folks here who have given me encouragement, but you especially!

EDIT: Also, it's not so much that I'm "worried" as I am "stoked". I want to stay "stoked" because that's how I achieve something I want. To quote and old proverb:
