are you able to post your mayo version? Or is it a straight replacement of mayo for the cream cheese?

How many tbsp of mayo is 3 oz?

I use the 3oz of mayo to replace the cream cheese. I believe its more table spoons than oz, I get my scale out and weight it as I'm putting it in. I use a big serving spoon and use a good 5 of them to get my 3 oz.

I also use a muffin top pan, so they come out perfectly round. I've made them on a cookie sheet but sometimes they spread out a bit. I probably did something wrong

Today I made a double batch, they won't last long around here. For lunch, bacon and egg mc muffin

I like to stick the finished oppsie roll in the toaster to lightly brown it for a moment. You have to manually pop it back up, it will burn and smell awful if you leave it in there like bread

I put on mine, a fried egg, a slice of cheese and 2 pc bacon and a second oopsie on top to make my Mc Muffin, and it was really good. The bottom "bun", did stick to my plate, may keep a paper towl under the oopsie to absorb some of the moisture and it won't stick while I'm goofing off instead of eating.

I made oopsie rolls last night (original post) for the very first time. It worked out great! I sprinkled them with caraway seeds. Made a sandwich with corned beef, liverwurst, mustard and some grape tomatoes, radishes and pickle on the side. It was great!

Lettuce wraps are good, but sometimes it's nice to have a sandwich.

Question flat oopsie rolls

i tried the oopsie rolls, but they did not keep their shape. before you ask, yes my egg whites were very stiff and no yolks found their way into egg whites.

I tried oopsie rolls on Sunday and they were a flop. As I was putting cream cheese on my turkey roll ups this morning I realized I misread the measurement guide on the cheese and had used only 1 oz cream cheese. Reverse oopsie!
