Hello!
Congrats to you! I feel the same way. I was doing great on Atkins, then got married and moved and strayed a bit. I tried some other "diets" but nothing worked or made me feel good. So, here I am again , commited to Atkins WOL and lovin it!

Congrats again

Vicki

Hi Harley77!
My story is very similar to yours. I just hit the 200lb mark this morning...I can't remember when I was last this low weight ! I too have absolutely no doubt that I have finally, after 20+ years of trying found the solution. I have also decided that the best way to answer the critics is not with words but with success. More and more people are succeeding at Atkins and this is why it is growing in popularity at an incredible speed....not because of hype or great marketing but because people are seeing other people around them succeed and you can't ignore that! Thanks for contributing your inspiring comments!
