Happy Anniversary to me!
(They don't let you start a new thread, so I have to celebrate here.)

It's been one year since I started low carbing. I have kept off all the weight I lost -- still going strong 7 months after reaching goal. Maintenance is going easier than expected. I set my buffer zone between 108 and 109.5. I have fallen below that, but never gone above.

It's wonderful to be back in the body where I spent my 20's and early 30's. This time around, I promise to treat it better.
