calorie breakdown for Karen's recipes

Are the calories, etc. for Karen's recipes per serving or for the whole recipe? Most of them looked so high, I thought they must be for the whole thing?

They're for the whole recipe. It enables people using the recipes to figure out their own count based on how much they have eaten.
