Smile inches report

Ok, i started atkins on November 20, 2008 at 233lbs. My measurements were this:
Neck 14
Chest 43
Bust 46.5
waist 41.5
hips 50
thighs 27
arms 12
And as of January 5, 2008 i am down to 208lbs and my measurements are as follows"
Neck 13
Chest 37
bust 43
waist 38
hips 46
thighs 25
So that is 25lbs and about 18 inches in about two months. YAAAAA! I cant believe how great i feel and i am so excited to see what lies ahead!

Wow, I just mearsured myself.

Waist: 45.5
Arms: 14
Thighs: 24
Neck: 15
Hips: 45
Chest: 46

I think I need to keep track of this too. lol

it has really helped me to measure instead of just weighing all the time. the scale sometimes doesnt move but the inches keep coming off. it is definitly motivating

I'm so glad you posted your changes. That really does build things up, and yes, when those scales won't move, there will still be inches going, lol. I am going to stick to this. Its great.
