Default fat-free,Healthy, real tasting Potato crisps/chips

I stumbled on this quite by accident tonight, but these make really authentic tasting crisps. I scooped out the flesh from winter squash (or butternut squash if you're from the UK) which is the bell shaped vegetable, which has a tan coloured skin after roasting till soft in the oven, so I just had these skins left. I put it back into the oven at 220C sprinkled with some salt and spices and left them in for 15 minutes, they came out crispy and tasting completely like potato chips.

Ingedients:

-Leftover squash skins with the flesh scooped out
- Salt, pepper, any seasoning you like, try vinegar, spring onions, cheese etc.
- Oven 220C for 15minutes until brown and tips are charred
-break into pieces and dip into sour cream/salsa!

High in fibre and no fat needed in roasting
