Default Cocktail Sauce

I bought some shrimp today, and when I started looking at the labels on the cocktail sauce, I figured I needed to come up with something else (some had up to 25 grams of carbs per 1/4 cup). I mixed together mayo and French's horseradish mustard - kind of like dijonaise. It was still too boring, so I went through the spice rack and found some Old Bay seasoning. I have no idea how much I added - I just kept sprinkling it in until it tasted right. It was fantastic! Next time I have peel-and-eat shrimp for the family, I'm going to have a bowl of this and a bowl of regular cocktail sauce and see which one disappears first!

Rhonda my favorite dip is mayo, a little hot mustard, and jalapeno relish ( I make it my self, buy a container of jalapenos, dump 1/3 the juice out, and use my soup creamer (bullet blender) to chop them right in the jar!) I love it with my prosciutto/bacon wrapped jumbo shrimp! My daughter want eat cocktail anymore, she loves this stuff! ...Bru

Do you have a Trader Joe's store near you? They sell a cocktail sauce (their own brand) that only has 1g of carbs per serving. No weird ingredients either, and it tastes pretty good. It's the only one I'll buy now.
