I'm dholtzman. I'm new to this site. I've been on Atkins for 2 years. Can't seem to lose my last 5 pounds. I workout 3-4 times a week, cardio, abs, & weights. I was wondering if anyone knows if cinnamon toothpicks have any carbs? Also, should I cut fruit, even berries, out completely to lose it?

What brand of cinnamon tooth picks are you using? There was some talk about this here 12 years ago or so...
