Anybody else wake up starving?
I have noticed over the past few days, that I wake up very hungry. I need to have coffee with 1/2 and 1/2 before I leave for work, so I can make it there and have my breakfast.
I am wondering if I am eating enough, b/c I am not losing wt. Is it b/c I have less to lose? I figure I would have at least lost some water wt.
If I weigh 129, and 10x wt is the calorie goal as I've read here before, I only need 1300 cals, right? I am certainly getting this in.
Edited to say that yesterday I took in 1591 cals.
Anybody have any ideas?
