I know it sounds crazy but when I look at my fitday sometimes and see the carb sount so high even though fiber counts for most of it, I get kinda freaked out.
Could too many carbs even though most are fiber knock you out of ketosis?
Today I am at 28g carbs and 19g fiber which puts me at 9g of carbs but seeing the numbers so high worry me. Should I cut back on overall carbs and fiber too or should I get all the fiber I can and not worry?
I keep my carbs to around 20 a day but I am not only eating induction foods.
No, definitely not. It is 100% impossible for your body to break down fiber into sugar. Go ahead and keep the numbers up there - just try to have at least one low fiber meal or snack with which to take your supplements. Fiber interferes with the absorption of certain nutrients.
