Question A few questions for Trainerdan, please

Hi Trainerdan,
I've been taking Hydroxycut for 4 weeks. I'm currently taking 4 capsules daily (2x2).
When I first started on Hydroxycut I had trouble sleeping. In the past week, I've been really really tired & sleepy. Last night, I almost fell asleep in the kitchen while doing the dishes (the night b4 I had more than 9 hrs of sleep). Do u think it's the Hydroxycut that's making me tired?
Before I started "stacking" (am I using the right word here?), my heartrate was around 55/min to 65/min when resting (I mean sitting down watching TV ). Now it's usually 80/min. When I'm hula-hooping, my heartrate goes up to 120/min. Trainerdan, do u think that's why I'm so sleepy? BTW, I've lost a couple of lbs. (I'm not sure if it's my WOE or it's the Hydroxycut , but I'm happy & grateful for it)
One last question (please). I don't plan to take Hydroxycut for long. When I stop taking it, is it likely that I'll put back on the weight/ fat that I've lost on Hydroxycut? Even if I continue to do the same amount of exercise?
I thank u in advance, Trainerdan. Your input would be greatly appreciated.
Have a great day!

Bebe

PS. I'm sorry about my bad english, sorry for the "torture".

Default yep

I know some people who get the same "tired" symptoms that you are. That is a general sign that you need to "come off" of the fat burner for at least a few days.

Actually, to avoid getting "burned out", take Hydroxy 5 days on - and 2 days off.

Anticpate feeling really lousy when you stop taking the Hydroxy, but you will not re-gain weight.

Just remember: keep track of your calories ... since you won't be taking hydroxy you won't have the benefit of the appetite supression.

Take a few days off, then try going back on again. See how you feel ...
