Many of us are on LCHF ketogenic diets. We mainly hang out on the Atkins Diet (Daily LC Support) and Dr. Bernstein & Diabetes (Health & Technical) threads of this forum.

Star, welcome! As deirdre points out, many of us are following the ketogenic LCHF way of eating. There is a lot of information available on this forum. You can start with a search at the top of the page. Choose the Advanced search, as the regular search function by entering a simple term in the pulldown from the top of the page does not work.

There are many forum members who have lots of knowledge related to your keto interests, so feel free to post more detailed questions/observations. All the best!

GRB5111 ~ Thanks for the warm welcome! Good to hear that you'll are doin' the ketogenic diet. Many of us displaced LCFers from Lowcarbfriends are coming over here to ALC. I found the place in "everything" at the lounge where we can connect, and then start a buddy thread. Was a member of LCF for several years and made long friendships. Great feelin' to be part of a group again! Thanks

Have a great night all! ((( Hugs )))

Tammy (Star) - it's great to have new people involved and posting. We are a learning forum and much of the value is the willingness to share news, knowledge, and opinions with full consideration of all ideas from all contributors. No matter how experienced one is in a particular WOE, there are always opportunities to engage in dialog and current research. It's what makes this a vibrant, active community.

GRB111 ~ Yes, this is true. We can all learn from each other on one level or another. Whether knowledgable or just starting out on a journey. We all are on our own individual journeys. Lets make the best of it!
