Not exactly CAD
Hi, I've been looking around for a place to chat with others about weight loss. I'm not really following a specific plan but I guess CAD is just about the closest to what I am doing which is eating one serving of starch or grain per day and meat and veggies for the rest. I'm not counting anything, just eating until I'm full. I am dairy free, except for ghee, and only use wheat if it is sprouted.
Would it be okay if I jump in here with you guys??
