Has anyone looked into medical marijuana?
EDIT: There's something about typing out my thoughts that somehow gives me ideas I didn't have before. It occurred to me a new way to search the Alzheimer's Association's message board. I will confess I didn't expect any success in a mainstream resource that doesn't even acknowledge the benefits of coconut oil, but there it is. I'll let you all know what the upshot is.
OP:
I have no idea if this is the right forum for this question. My mom has Alzheimer's Disease, as many of you have probably read from me already. She is doing just okay with the interventions we are performing; keto diet, supplements from a serious doctor who does his own research and doesn't dismiss AD with an "Oh well, sucks to be you" defeatist attitude. But, the results are declining and I want to fight on.
There are a lot of videos and articles on the science of cannabis derivatives dissolving the amyloid plaques that are the cause of most Alzheimer's cases but what is missing is one single, lonely testimonial that it has helped anyone with AD or Parkinson's. You know how YouTube is. You have to wade through the testimonials from people for just about anything you can try from the alternative medicine field. For seizure disorders of all kinds, they are there. I looked for a forum that might have some and believe it or not there are very few. The one I found that was anywhere near serious was still overrun with pot heads and hucksters. They are in the process of upgrading their platform but for now, they just have a warning for us all to ignore the scammers selling stuff.
Would you spend a mere $36.00 on a bottle of oil for a month's dosages with no more track record than that?
