Default Die off and reduction of herbs to minimize die off

Hi,

I have a quesiton for all of you out there. I am killing off a parasite and have been having intense die off. Fatigue, shakey, anxiety, racing heart rate (90-100 beats per minute at times!!! Nomrally I am 65-75).

Anyways I have been advised to lower my doasage. My question is will I still feel die off and will the lower dosage actually work in ridding me of the pest or should I just tough it out? Die off will not harm me will it?

The last time I entered into a healing crisis I was exhausted, headaches, shakey, weak but no heart raxcing. I di have anxiety though and I stayed true to the course.

Tips and advsie for those who have been there would help.
