My dry eyes started years before LC. I have plugs and use drops. I live in a very dry climate, which I am sure hasn't helped. I wore contacts for several years but now I just wear glasses. I have other eye issues too. None of it is LC related for me.

Just posting ideas to help you and the OP.

Check out the "Whole 30" diet. It is basically a month of Paleo eating, dairy free. Loads of recipes and suggestions in the Paleo forum. Lots of us have gone dairy free, so it isn't that hard to come up with menus and recipes.

Since you say you already eat the same thing every day, then that makes it dead simple.

I know. Sorry if I came off as touchy in any way. That wasn't my intention. But I admit I'm not exactly 100%.

I can't believe I forgot about Whole 30 recipes...smh.
