Default Endometriosis and Low Carb

Has anyone on this forum had experience with Endometriosis? Has being on low carb WOE helped (with pain especially)? I have suspected Diaphragmatic Endometriosis, will know for sure after my exploratory surgery later in September.

Thanks.

Not personally, but there is one fertility specialist active in the Low Carb world. You can find good interviews with him on DietDoctor and many LC podcasts, like Jimmy Moore. His office in Jacksonville, FL has a blog on gyno issues and a search for Endometriosis covers some recent developments (more surgical/hormonal angle but he strongly supports LCHF nutrition ).

Here's his interview on PCOS/what to eat: http://www.dietdoctor.com/how-to-eat-to-get-pregnant though you might not like what he has said about running during his recent lecture on the LC cruise and interview. And coffee too! http://www.dietdoctor.com/women-sho...ld-avoid-coffee
