Default Finally Some Good News

My TSH numbers are finally down to a respectable 2.29 after a scary 6.20! I'm so happy after my doctor was so dismissive of all my symptoms and didn't seem to care that my hair was falling out and that I was freezing to death!!

And he's got me an appointment for an ultra-sound for my thyroid too which is good - and an appointment with a specialist to see why I'm so hoarse all the time, and with an endo too!!

All I want is my hair back!!!! So there is light at the end of this particular tunnel.

Yay that you feel encouraged! Keep fighting and learning! If you are positive for Hashi's antibodies, you want to find a doc on the "Top Thyroid Docs" (google it!) in your area that knows how to "block and replace" and isn't worried about TSH. Also, look at the videos by Dr. Alexander Haskell (Hope For Hashimotos) and definitely read Dr. Mark Hyman's information on thyroid at his site! It is encouraging and empowering to know we have power to fight.....just by knowing about proper nutrition!
