Default Who here takes Creatine?

How much do you take?

Do you take it on your days off ?

Does it make you retain water or kick you from Ketosis?

Mine has about 7grams of Carbs per serving

Normally take two servings on lift days.

any other suggestions?

Creatine is one of the few supplements, that from my own personal experience, actually works. I took it for a few years and loaded with 5 servings per day and maintained with 2 servings per day.

Did not make me retain any noticeable water and it will probably take you out of ketosis.

Ok here is the proper way to take creatine..those who say you do not have to load don't have their facts straight.

Divide your weight in kilograms(2.2)
Now times that by .5

That number is your loading dose for 5 days.

Now for maintenance same formula but now times your bodyweight by .05

That is your maintenance..you can always reload every 4-6 weeks. But these are the general guidelines.

I myself couldn't handle creatine. Too much gastric distress, but for others it can be one hell of a supplement in ones weight training arsenal

So loading does is 42grams a day? Calculated on Lean Body Mass

Is this only on workout days or during " bulking "
