Yep I take 5 caps in the AM and 5 at night.
Flax Oil, borage oil, Cod Liver oil too.

No stims and a new diet stack this week.
What I have been taking this week
CLA 2 caps in the AM and PM
Calcium Pyruvate 2 caps in the AM 1 PM
Green tea extract 4 caps AM
Acetlyl L Carnatine 2 caps AM / PM
Bioten 1 cap AM
RLA 3 caps pre workout 2 post WO

These supps in addition to my regular vitamans and oils.
Of course I am still using BCAA's and L Glutamine during WO

I just bought 70 more ounds of free weights. So I loaded up the bar on the bench press. I ALMOST got two reps at 370.
I Think I could get 400 once.
I attempted a second set at 370 and got a little farther on the second rep but not enough to lock it out.
