This is one bad gal...she hardly breaks a sweat and I have seen guys crumble to the floor and not make it through the circuit..and she goes through this 3-4 times!!!

She is a stud

If you want to try this, I would highly recommend cutting the reps in half and building up to the point where you are doing the prescribed number of reps.

Oh and the music sucks..

Gotta give her credit for pushing through the pain anyway.

Oh...she's good. Real good.

My knees hurt just watching her.

The pilates workout I do every other morning incorporates a lot of lunges. Granted it's half of what she's doing because there aren't any jumping or bouncing lunges in the routine and I couldn't do them even if there were.

I would like to try this though, without the bouncing/jumping ones (not so good right knee so no bouncing/jumping for me).

I know I can do half the amount, but if I could get my routine up to her speed...can you imagine the awesome legs I'd have by Summer.

Oh yeah. I can do this. I'll build up to it like you said, but I know I can do this in time.

I've booked marked this video for future use.

Thanks bunches. I'm totally inspired.

Tracy,
I was hoping to inspire some people..I was inspired by this. Like I've said in my previous post, I have seen men in the gym just crumble after the lunges.

I can guarentee you this will help you in your goal to have "crazy" legs.

I'm gonna add this to an end of my workout..not sure if I could after legs, but we'll see if I have what it takes

Oh it certainly inspired me, I am going to incorporate it into my routine. Haven't yet cause I got a tattoo 4 days ago and I'm not allowed to sweat yet! I've been doing Sean T's hip hop abs and his hips buns and thighs (luv them), this would fit perfectly.
