Question High Intensity vs Longer Endurance?

Which have you guys found to be more effective at losing weight during your LC WOE-

High Intensity (ie. 30-60 minutes of aerobics, running, gym class, etc)

OR

Long Endurance (60+ minutes walking or yoga)

I am curious if the time or the intensity is a better predictor for dropping lbs? Just curious as to what you pros have found!

Definitely high intensity, provided you are already in shape. I prefer interval training myself, but I'm currently including some slower runs to build up my aerobic endurance. Adding intense weight training (heavy weights, not little pink dumbbells) makes a big difference. Remember that you really want to lose FAT not just weight in general. Take measurements and/or get your body fat tested at the gym to measure progress as well as scale weight.
