Default eating at night makes me sick

does anyone else get sick from eating past 7pm? I did the toher day and a week lateer im stilllllllllllllllll sick.... cant get better... i have always had probs w/ this but normally i get better ina fday or two....whenever i eat at night and not go to bed w/ a empty tummy i swell up as bad as i would if i ate something im not allowed to. Then last ngiht like i ate too much i think for my second meal or somthing cuz im still sore today woke up fingers hurt to type hense the badf typing. whole body is sore its so bad... have to work tomoorrow and all week adn not sure what to do... normally fasting helps but i have to work and a child care center all week so id prob pass out after a day even.. all week im running at least a mile a day hard and eating lkight... i dunno what else to do... to make my belly calm down. Why would eating at ngiht make me sick anyhow? Anyone read any articles on line about this?

Eating too much at night is definitely not a good thing. Or any thime for that matter. I don't find that I have a problem snacking at night.

My question is though............what is it you are eating?

im eating atkins mainly.. my diet is fine i know htat...ive seen a doc and all that... its just eating at night i get really sick... and now i still am...... i just dont understand it.. its a new thing.... i need to see a new doc s\maybe

I don't think eating at night would make you sick for days on end. I think you've got something else going on. You'd better see your doctor.

Yeah, I agree I wouldn't tolerate that for very long. This symptom just sounds foreign to me...........doesn't make sense. To the doctor you should go.

Let us know what happens too please.
