That's amazing!

I'm diabetic and don't have HBP. Usually they go hand in hand. Maybe it's because I have never done the S.A.D. 7 days a week, more like occasionally prior to going LC...and have been either strictly or relatively LC since 2004.

Anyway around here we call that an NSV (Non Scale Victory) - congratulations!

Ditto Thud's warning...if you were on meds, please discuss adjust/eliminating them with your doctor. You do Not want to go too low in BP. More on starting LC with HBP. https://www.dietdoctor.com/low-carb...-blood-pressure

Mine went down straight away when I started on low-carb then went right back up years later still on the diet -- it's a tricky thing you need to keep checking and not get too complacent. I got it back down, for the most part, by getting more strict with my LC and IF diet and portion sizes.
