Unhappy woops

This is my second post, and I already have a confession to make Today was a hard day for me, since I was really hungry and craving sweets. I have a feeling it's my hormones acting up from getting closer to my monthly..lol Basically, I ate 8 pieces of those low carb russel stover candies.. the pecan and truffle kind. I am feeling really bad about it. Furthermore, the Montignac Method is so confusing I am having such a hard time knowing what food combinations/foods are acceptable to eat. I shouldn't be eating chocolate in Phase I especially since it isn't dark and doesn't contain 75% or more cocoa.

Hope I don't tip the scale tomorrow

-Brooke

Oh my... don't stray too far from the bathroom! I ate 5 or 6 RS candies one time, and the gastro-intestinal concequences were enough to stop me from ever doing that again!
